Pilot

Built-In E-Signature for Leases & Notices

The short answer

Pilot includes e-signature, so you can send a lease, addendum, or notice for signature, capture a legally-meaningful audit trail (signer, timestamp, IP, device), and store the signed PDF — without a separate DocuSign subscription. Pilot can also auto-fill a fillable PDF's fields from the lease before sending.

What can you send for signature?

Leases, addenda, renewal and non-renewal notices, and any PDF you upload. Pilot detects fillable form fields and pre-populates them from the tenant, property, and lease data, then routes the document to the signer.

E-Signature — FAQ

Is the audit trail legally meaningful?

Each signature records the signer's identity, timestamp, IP, and device, and the completed PDF is stamped and stored — the standard audit trail for ESIGN/UETA electronic signatures.
