Yes. Every account starts with a full-featured 7-day trial. No credit card required. If you don't subscribe, your account moves to read-only — you keep your data, you just can't add to it until you subscribe.
We charge a monthly subscription priced per unit, not a percentage of your rent. Whether your residents pay $2,000 or $200,000 in rent, we don't take a cut of that money. Stripe processes ACH at their standard rate (which is pennies) and card payments at theirs, and we don't add anything on top.
