Frequently asked

What counts as a unit?+

Any rentable unit, occupied or vacant. A single-family home is one unit. A 24-unit building is 24 units. Archived units do not count.

Do residents pay fees?+

No. Residents pay the rent shown at checkout and nothing more, whether they pay by bank transfer (ACH) or card. Pilot adds no fee of its own, and card processing costs come out of the payout, not the resident's total.

Is there a contract?+

No. Pilot is month to month. Cancel from your billing page whenever you like and export your data at any time.

What does the minimum cover?+

The $600 monthly minimum covers up to 100 units. Above that, every additional unit is $6 per month. There are no other charges.

What happens when my unit count changes?+

Your subscription tracks your active unit count. Add or archive units in Pilot and the next invoice reflects the new number. Nothing is prorated mid-month.

How does migration from Yardi, AppFolio, or Buildium work?+

We import properties, units, leases, residents, and ledgers from your exports. Yardi imports can run alongside Voyager while you switch over. Most operators are live within a week.
