We charge a monthly subscription priced per door, not a percentage of your rent. Whether your tenants pay $2,000 or $200,000 in rent, we don't take a cut of that money. Stripe processes ACH at their standard rate (which is pennies), and we don't add anything on top.
Most landlords are fully set up — properties added, tenants invited, rent schedules configured — in under 20 minutes. If you have existing lease PDFs, Pilot's AI can parse them automatically. No onboarding calls, no consultants, no 60-day rollout.
