Pilot was born out of frustration. We were managing our own rental properties and spending more time on spreadsheets, text messages, and filing cabinets than on actually growing our portfolios.

Every property management tool we tried was built for large enterprises — loaded with per-unit fees, complex onboarding, and features designed for 500+ unit portfolios. Independent landlords managing 1–50 properties were an afterthought.
