The Pilot Promise
"We built Pilot to simplify real estate, not to profit from your personal information. We do not sell your data. We never have, and we never will. Your data belongs to you; we only process it to power your legal and management tools."
01. Data Collection
We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, generate legal documents, or manage properties. This includes:
- Identity Data: Name, email address, and phone number.
- Property Data: Addresses, tenant names, and lease terms.
- Financial Data: Stripe customer identifiers (for billing management).
- Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and usage patterns.
02. Use of Data
Your data is used strictly for operational purposes: managing your property portfolio, processing subscriptions via Stripe, and improving the Pilot interface.
Messaging & Communications: For security, safety, and legal compliance, authorized Astrae Holdings personnel may access and review communications transmitted through our platform. This oversight is conducted to prevent fraud, harassment, and unauthorized use of the Service.
03. No Sale of Information
Strict Compliance Notification:
Pilot does not "sell" your personal information as defined under the CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act) or any other privacy framework. We do not exchange your data for monetary or other valuable consideration to third-party advertisers.
04. Your Rights (CCPA/GDPR)
Through your Pilot Dashboard, you have the right to:
Access
Request a full export of all data associated with your account.
Correction
Update your profile or property data at any time via the OS.
Deletion
Trigger a hard-delete of your entire Pilot footprint.
