Effective January 31st, 2026
Pilot is a real estate operating system developed by Astrae Holdings. By accessing, deploying, or interacting with the Pilot platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.
License & Authorized Use
Astrae Holdings grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Pilot solely for lawful property management and operational purposes.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract system logic.
- Generate, distribute, or rely on fraudulent or deceptive legal documents.
- Bypass platform safeguards, rate limits, or approved API usage.

Any documents generated within Pilot—including leases, notices, or eviction materials—are templates only. Laws vary by jurisdiction. Use of Pilot does not create an attorney-client relationship. Astrae Holdings assumes no liability for legal outcomes. Independent legal review is strongly recommended.
Subscription & Billing
Paid features are processed through Stripe. Subscription upgrades may be applied at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Account Termination
Astrae Holdings may suspend or terminate access at its discretion for violations of these terms, nonpayment, abuse of system resources, or unauthorized commercial exploitation of the platform.
System Oversight
To maintain system integrity, security, and compliance, Astrae Holdings reserves the right to monitor, audit, and review communications transmitted through Pilot’s messaging and collaboration features.
